Dr Rosalind Bergemann
Chief Executive Officer & Executive Consultant
Rosalind the Chief Executive Officer of Globalite Management Services, and has been with the business since 2002. Having started her career in finance, she has subsequently held director level positions with Human Resources, IT and General Management.

With extensive training in a number of business areas, including Prince 2 and Lean 6 Sigma, she tends to be involved in many strategic programmes, although she enjoys hands on projects where she can apply her insights and creativity.

Dr Bergemann is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, the Royal Society for Arts, Manufacture and Commerce, the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Institute of Consulting. She was selected Consultant of the Year in the National Manageral & Leadership Awards 2014 and Mentor of the Year 2015 Chartered Management Institute Awards.

Sonia Lopez Perez
Payroll & HRIS Implementation Consultant, London
Sonia is our Lead Payroll & HRIS Implementation Consultant, working with clients to assist them in implementing new payroll systems, upgrading their current systems or introducing new HR information systems. She also assists client with such things as audits, expatriate payrolls and international payroll compliance.

With a strong corporate background in Payroll & Pensions Management, Sonia is a full member of CIPP with a number of professional qualifications in her field.
Tony Tang
Guildford Office Consultancy Lead​
Tony is our Guildford office Consultancy Lead. Having come from a Customer Services and management background, Tony has applied his people and organisational skills to liaising with clients and understanding their cultures and requirements.
